I ordered some steaks from here. Food was fine, no real issue there. But after I ordered, I noticed the return policy is limited since it’s perishable stuff. Which, yeah, I get it. Makes sense. Still felt a bit strict, and I wish it had been more obvious before checkout. Just something I would’ve liked to see upfront.

Got my order and it was all in the box, so that was good. Everything seemed complete.

The seafood seemed fresh, which I appreciated, but some of the pieces were a little bland. It wasn’t bad by any means, just kind of average overall. I’d probably give it another try, but I wasn’t blown away.

I ordered a couple of wagyu cuts from Meat N Bone, the selection was impressive. They had way more choices than my local butcher, which was a nice surprise, and everything showed up cold and right on time, so no complaints there.
The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the price. It adds up really quickly, and one of the cuts was a little smaller than I expected, though maybe that’s just how it goes with wagyu? Either way, it still tasted great, so I’d probably order again.

The food itself was decent, so I don’t really have complaints there. But dealing with customer service was frustrating. I reached out with a question and ended up waiting way too long just to get a clear answer. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for what I paid, I expected better support. It kind of chipped away at my trust a bit, because if something bigger went wrong, I’m not sure they’d handle it quickly

Of course it showed up at the worst possible time when I was busy, but everything was still cold and packed really well. No leaks, no mess, and the box looked fine when it got here

I had an issue with my order and for a minute there it felt like a whole saga, but they did end up fixing it. It took a bit longer than I hoped, but in the end everything got sorted out.

I tried using one of their promo codes at checkout, but it just kept getting rejected no matter what I did. Then, after I’d already added everything to my cart, the sale price changed, which was really frustrating. I ended up emailing them about it, but the reply felt copy-and-paste and didn’t actually solve anything. Maybe the meat is good, but I regret spending the time on it. The whole discount process felt messy, and I’m not really tempted to order again.

I was really expecting the cold chain to be solid, but my box arrived later than it was supposed to and the gel packs were mostly soft by then. The meat was still kind of cool, but not cold enough for me to feel comfortable using it. Support did respond, which I appreciate, but it left me with a bit of a bait and switch feeling. The ordering experience made it seem like the frozen shipping was something I wouldn’t have to worry about, and then it showed up in a way that made me second-guess everything. I don’t think I want to take that gamble with frozen meat again

I was expecting a lot more meat for the price. The portion looked small, and it kind of made me wonder if they were cutting corners or just being stingy that day. It tasted fine, but I left feeling like I didn’t really get what I paid for.

I stopped by for a few things I needed, and once again they were out of stock. Maybe it was just bad timing, but it feels like every time I go there for something specific, they don’t have it. Annoying.

I thought the meat selection was good overall, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I was a little surprised that some basic cuts were not available though. It is still a decent spot, but I wish they had a more complete selection

I’ll be honest, I immediately assumed canceling my order was going to turn into a whole thing. But it didn’t. Support got back to me fast, kept it simple, and the refund came through quickly. Always a relief when something like this isn’t a headache.

I followed their cooking notes too, and the steak came out way better than what I usually make at home. I’d buy again

We tried the ribeyes they were way more tender than I expected. Like, even my wife brought it up while we were eating, so it wasn’t just me thinking it. They cooked fast on the grill too, which was nice, and the flavor was just... yeah, really good. Definitely something I’d buy again.

I was a little cautious at first because I don’t like taking chances with stuff like this, but everything seemed legitimate enough. Nothing really raised any red flags for me, so overall I’d say it feels trustworthy

I was frustrated when my order showed up with the wrong items. Mistakes happen, but it definitely makes me a little less confident about ordering from them again.

The flavor was great, actually, not just great, really tasty. I’d definitely order it again.
